New Student Registration - Madison Central High

Please have available the following forms of documentation showing your name and current address before trying to register your child.

A current lease on the house or apartment or warranty deed or deed of trust.
- House leases must be current, show an end date and signed by owner and tenant.
- House leases-homeowner must show copy of the deed
- Apartment leases must be current, show an end date, every occupant listed and signed by the owner and the tenant.
One current utility bill with physical address with homeowner's name (not post-office box)
